Its hard to fit a low offset, wide wheel on a lexus without: 1. spending a great deal of time and money in the body shop, 2. using excessive camber settings that destroy tires and drivability. We thoughtfully engineered a fully adjustable suspension solution that replaces: ~ Upper and Lower traction rods (controls the wheel position) * we made an adjustable mounting point on the upper traction rod for the HID headlight sensor ~ Upper and lower control arms (controls camber) * Lower arm is only for the coil over damper conversion, not the OEM style separated spring and damper ~ Sway bar Link ~ Toe rods The rear arm set ($1300) allows the wheel to move inboard and shorter axles are required so we purchased a used 07-2013 IS axle set for less than $400 online. A MAXvip coil over set ($1250) tuned for 20 and 18kg springs both allows super low red height and reduces travel to prevent bottom out over daily driving obstacles. The result is perfect fitment with a very aggressive ride height ability without compromising the beautiful body and paint or on a dealership fresh car. Drivability is maintained although the ride is much stiffer than stock and the front turn radius gets reduces as the vehicle is adjusted lower. There is some fender rubbing during turning at the ride height in the video, this could be improved by raising the car or with the front tire stretch/diameter different than the one we currently use (or less front wheel width/offset). Rear camber is at 3 degrees (and the front is 1.5 which is unadjustable at the moment). We may look into making a front lower control arm next to match front to the rear camber and or improve the turning circle at current height.
