Have you ever heard of "1g tighten"? We've asked Yamashita from RunFree to explain this 1g technique. "when you lower the car, the stock bushings on the lower arms and rear links gets over twisted which creates poor suspension travel. so to relief this unwanted bushing tension, first jack up your car, take off tires, loosen the lower arm bolts, where the bushing are( do the same to the rear links/bushing bolts), then take another jack and jack up the lower arm before tightening them. Be sure to jack up the arms to the same angle as if your car is sitting on the ground. By doing this 1g tightening technique, the lower arm bushings gonna be in the neutral position when the car is on the ground(your ride heights). The bushings gets relieved and creates same tension to the suspension going up or down." This free modification also prolongs the life of the stock bushings,,,note that this modification does not apply people who has pillow ball jointed ends and pillow ball knuckle ends.
This is actually the way you are always supposed to install arms with bushings. But usually people are lazy or just dont know. Good to let people know this though. Also you can just loosen the bolt and if you can reach just lower the car down to where it sits and tighten them.
