DT MAG says if your car is too slammed your suspension has limited travel and gives limited performance.
Try lifting it up to increase damper travel and to give the driver more feeling of the weight shift.
If its not smammed it is less likely to understeer.
When the vehicle is too low the multilink arms are outside the original design perameters causing poor performance.

Not mentioned in the article: You can correct this with a roll center adjuster featured in some tie rod ends and lower control arms etc. or MFR sells the roll center adjuster seperately. MAX Competition suspension is designed for max performance with super low ride height settings.

If your not scraping your too high

ILl sacrifice a little performance to be slammed personally
I never had a problem at mobara or nikko with my 180, and i was low as hails.
I couldnt even put a foot under my front bumper...without a shoe on
