The point is that the part of the tension rod that bolts to the lca is the weakest. There is no price until it goes into production.

Wow ill be getting some of these

Will they be stock length at shortest setting?

Iam running standard s14 arms that have been lengthened by 25mm, would like to keep it that way

Also any idea on how much you will drop the bottom balljoint (rc correction) 50mm?

The longer taper rod is stock + 25mm. When I measured on my car inside my 18" work wheel I cant go any longer without hitting the wheel but if you need more correction there is the rear knuckle (25mm) and the subframe risers (15mm)

finished prototypes with chromoly taper rods:

i like that you can adjust it on the ball joint side verse only being able to do it on the inner side. i think thats better for the tension rod and sway bar so you dont have to make weird brackets and shit.

Some fitting on the car revealed the proper angle of the rod end (not the stock angle) Pillowball is near its max while the car is on the lift and it is well within its range while the car is on the road.
You can see that the tension rod is just inside the front sway bar so if you were to do some knuckle mod with zero ackerman you have the freedom here. We repositioned the SAK like Tommy Roberts proto knuckle and also did the same Roll Center correction. As you can see there is massive angle achieved here with additional reduction in ackerman. Dont let the camera fool you there is plenty of ackerman otherwise we would be touching the sway bar with the wheel. Knuckle RC mod puts the LCA end joint really close to the brake rotor which is the reason for the double LCA adjusters. This LCA needs to be really long (and the tie rods too) so before the REIB police come after me, let me test this at the track first and then we may put a non adjustable end on the LCA but unfortunately that may require two different lengths of LCA one for RC modded knuckled and one for normal knuckles. We did not change the KPI angle much here but it will need to be more vertical if additional RC change is done through the use of a longer taper rod. However I dont think the car will need more RC change in the front since most automotive engineers would agree that the the roll axis inclination needs to be lower in front.

Fully amazing. Have you got details or pics of the joint that attaches the tension rod to the lca? Is it spherical or just a normal sealed bearing unit?

Do you have any ballpark eta for the arms and rear hubs to be ready for sale. 3 months 6 months 12 months? I know how irritaing it must be having peeps ask over and over about eta. But i need to save for all your arms, coilovers, rear knuckles and a couple other bits

Thanks, and keep it coming

Thanks guys, here is view of the rear.

you can see that with our sway bar mounted so high it will keep the maximum ground clearance for the bottom of the link

a view with the car on the ground

and finally the front while on the ground
