I really hate how big the stock s13 and aftermarket reservoirs are. I was just wondering if it were possible to use 2 breather tanks; one as a regular coolant breather, then plug up the tabs on the other breather and just run it as an overflow tank.

the theory is there. basicly a verry flashy catch can..

its possible but its lower capacity.

I run a oil catch modded as an overflow in my car, its more compact and works good ...still bigger than a breather tank though.

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking about using an oil catch can, but I really don't know what they looked like constructionally inside and what not. When you say "modded" do you mean like the fittings? or something internally?
