In preparation for solid subframe bushings, I removed the subframe.

However 3 out of the 4 OEM Bushing metal rings seized to the Studs.

Any help in how to remove these OEM metal inner rings is greatly appreciated.

an air cut off saw should take car of this. cut it down the middle to relieve the tension then knock it out...maybe spray the hell out of it with pb blaster.

you can also take a torch, heat the out side sleeve,,which will expand the sleeve metal a little bit then tap it with hammer.

Yeah...no avail.

I'm going to try heat and an impact hammer.

P.S. Dan, are the Risers in stock, currently?
