what do you guys think is a good tire size combo for 17x10 up front and 18x10.5 in the rear? i ordered up new wheels and i am having a hard time deciding tire sizes to choose. i dont want an insane stretch but something that looks decent. i was thinking 235 40 F and 245 40 R. or a 225 40 F and a 235 40 R?

rear size would depend on power imo.

You guys should check out rimtuck.com or tyrestretch.com. it might make your decisions easier.

ive been on those sites there more about fitment rather than stretch if i remember right. trav id say 245 just for more bite and like 60psi. now go make smoke.

where is tommy at on this one. he is dam good on tire size.

if you run 235 40 rear with 300HP you will probably run like 22psi cold if you have stiff suspension

depends on the stickyness of the tread too

215/45 on a 17x10'

All depends on the tire brand too. I couldn't get a Nexen NX3000 235/40 on a 10' before.
