Is there anyway to adjust rear caster? Im having problems with my tire hitting the rear of my wheel arch. Will traction rods help this?

correct, this is what traction rods are for

lowering the car without lengthening the traction rod will suck the wheel forward.

So lengthening the rod on the rear traction rod would make it go forward?

Red is where the tire is making contact

thats odd, im used to the wheel naturally moving forward upon lowering which makes you need to lengthen it, but this looks really odd because something else is off causing it to look like the wheel is too far back.

I would get the adjustable traction rod, leave the camber arm alone, cut the inside of the wheel well around the apex of the uppermost part, hammer the quarter panel out more, weld in maybe a one inch wide strip where you cut the inside of the wheel to fill the gap, lower the car more and do body work and paint to clean it up so it looks like this

So i decided to unbolt the traction rod and move the spindle back out of curiosity. From what i noticed i need the arm to go back about an inch and a half maybe close to two inches. The wheel fits like this and im pretty sure all my arms and such are put on right. You see anything wrong? The wheel could come forward another half inch or so.
